My experience dealing with this clinic—specifically with a staff member named Deborah—was awful. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional toward both me and the patient whose care I was helping transfer. The patient later told us they often felt unsafe and pressured during their treatments here. They felt rushed, pushed into things they weren’t comfortable with, and generally not cared for. They also described comments made during treatment that were wildly inappropriate by Deborah like, “I just hate people.” , among many other things. This made them feel extremely uncomfortable. When the patient tried to transfer their care, they were told not to come near the building again. That kind of hostility toward someone simply trying to manage their healthcare is unacceptable. ESPECIALLY in mental health. Overall, this clinic failed to provide even basic respect or compassion. I would strongly encourage anyone considering care here to think twice.

This has literally saved my life. Debra and Sandra are the absolute best at their jobs and making me feel safe and comfortable while I’m here. Please come here and try ketamine if you are struggling with any depression or mental health issues. Literally would give 10 stars if I can!!

Ketamine SLC gave me my life back. After 4 years of struggling with health issues related to black mold exposure and what I believe was PTSD, ketamine treatment completely reversed my symptoms and gave me the opportunity to rebuild my life. Before ketamine treatment I was living in constant depression, fear, guilt, and shame. I had a hard time socializing and doing things that brought me joy, I felt as though I was a shadow of my true self. After six treatments I can say with confidence that I am back to myself and that is the greatest gift anyone could ever give me. I no longer am plagued by dark emotions and my nervous system feels resilient and able to take on the world. I am so thankful for ketamine treatment, because of it I am able to live my life to the fullest again. I now know that the physical ailments that I had were rooted in nervous system dysregulation and that I must continue to care for my nervous system to stay healthy. If you have symptoms of PTSD or autoimmunity or both like I did, don't hesitate to try ketamine, it could be the key to your recovery!

They are not transparent on their website about cost. They say the price varies person to person but after I went through the trouble of filling out paperwork and booked a consultation, it turns out they absolutely do not budge on pricing, unless you are a first responder or veteran. Here I was, excited about finally getting the relief I desperately needed, only to find out that therapy is only for the rich. It's $400 per session by the way. Not even remotely "as affordable as possible" (as they claim on their website). Cruel.

The next day after my first treatment, I bragged to a co-worker that this is the first time in my life I felt like a normal person. I have had 4 treatments now and my depression and anxiety are gone. I am more confident and able to speak up for myself e lf finally. No one can put me under their foot again. I will support Ketamine SlC treatment s and insurance should looked into covering this. Everyone is super professional in caring and support of us.
