This last year I had the battle of my life struggling with an increase of suicide ideation. I have had it since I was young but only struggled with it about once a year or so but the last year I struggled with it almost daily. My husband and I were both desperate trying to get the help that I needed. As I started researching, ketamine therapy came up over and over again. I prayed about which clinic to talk to and I was led to Exodus Health. I can't even describe to you the understanding and compassion I was met with as I talked with Tracy for the first time. Just that alone was a godsend. I wasn't sure how we were going to afford the treatments but I prayed that God would open a door for that to happen and He did! I did my first treatment in June and just had my first booster yesterday. I can't even explain the difference of who I was when I walked in those doors and who I am right now. I was broken, afraid and pretty much hopeless before I started ketamine therapy with Trey and Tracy. Now I have hope and am back to accomplishing goals and doing the things that I love. My husband looks at me often and gets emotional and says "welcome back, it's so good to have you back." Trey and Tracy both have a gift to help you feel comfortable. I've been receiving ketamine infusions for nearly a decade. I've been to a *lot* of clinics. Exodus Health is the best by an order of magnitude, no other that I've been to comes close. Trey understands the medications involved better than any other doc I've had. And his wife is just the sweetest thing ever. Moreover, he understands the process of treatment better as well. Exodus provides the absolute best, most comfortable, way to receive IV medication I can think of.

What a life changing experience! If I could rate them 100 stars I would. Trey and Tracy both make you feel so at ease throughout the entire process and their passion shines through so brightly. I went into the treatment with a mind that was so busy and loud, like it felt like a jumbled mess of tangled Christmas lights and now I everything is clear and concise. No more racing thoughts. My Christmas lights are nicely bundled and zip tied lol I could see the benefits after one ketamine infusion and it only got better with each session. My mind is now quiet. I felt as though I was on Do Not Disturb after my first session and still to this day three weeks later after finishing the infusions. They’re just a call or text away if you have any questions and give you many helpful tools to help better your experience. As others have stated, Trey is wonderful when it comes to setting up your IV. I was concerned about getting painful IVs twice a week in the same arm but he’s without a doubt the best at making it a painless every time. I finished my sixth infusion this week and feel prepared to take control of my life with no debilitating anxiety and a better control of my major depression. On my first ketamine appointment I met two lovely ladies dressed as flying pigs, with snouts, wings and all. “Welcome to Exodus”, they said. It was Halloween. Similar porcelain pigs appeared in every room of the facility. Why? Because the phrase “when pigs fly” generally means something that one can’t believe ever could possibly happen, something seemingly impossible and yet gravely wished for. Here impossible things happen every day. Healing things. A skeptic at first, Tracy coaxed me in over the phone, and the care I received has changed me from a fearful, anxiety ridden individual with a crumbled self esteem system to a thriving, independent living person (separation from husband has turned into the healthiest choice I could have made for us all, and yes, was planned WAY before ketamine treatment). 20+ years of medication prescribed from a psychiatrist that I never saw eye to eye with kept the depression and anxiety monsters away, until a medicine tweak blew that protocol and sent me careening back into depression and panic attacks. Eventually I stabilized, but the anxiety was back, stronger than ever, coloring my world with crippling fear. Trey, Exodus’ anesthesiologist, teaches you that ketamine doesn’t magically fix your life (it doesn’t) and it isn’t a happy pill (it’s not). What it does do, and what it did for me was to take all the problems that were so right in my face I couldn’t see past them, and move those issues to the back of my head to be dealt with once I could see the bigger picture. Ketamine helped reinstate my feelings of self worth (in tatters due to a previous abusive situation) and led me to a place where my interactions and relationships are built on a higher plane of understanding between mature individuals, rather than a place of mistrust and anxiety. I went from a person who declined therapy stubbornly and effectively to someone who decided professional tools might be a good idea and now have a therapist. I ditched my psychiatrist for a friendlier version after being stuck with an awful fit for 20 years. Fear kept me back all this time. Ketamine helped me face and overcome those fears. Trey and Tracy (Rebecca too!) made Exodus an extremely safe and caring place for this to happen. They celebrated my tears (I hate to cry) as a bursting of a dam of pent up negative gunk in my psyche, allowing room for the healing to get in. And that is what it felt like. And that is what it was. Almost forgot that I added NAD+ to my ketamine regimen. Was worried about how I was turning to alcohol to self medicate the anxiety and how that was becoming a bad habit. DNA dynamics in my family have alcoholism as a definite threat to mine and others’ well being. Thought I’d nip that in the bud. No alcohol in my new place and I don’t miss it. NAD+ is also good for memory. What NAD+ did for me is gave me a space between stimulus and response, and in that space I was able to make a different choice than going for a knee jerk drink when hit with flaming anxiety. It also helps that my feelings of dread are mostly gone. I have plans for my alcoholic niece when she hits bottom and will accept help. She’s going to stay with me and go through Trey and Tracy’s recommended ketamine curriculum. I believe this might save her. She deserves to be saved. So did I. When pigs fly, indeed.
