Edit: my original review was more forgiving, but the office manager reported it to Google to get it taken down, so I've updated it to the version below. The owner / office manager of the clinic, Jesse Wells, is unreasonable and unprofessional. He has trouble taking responsibility for his mistakes and will blame his employees or even the patient for issues that arise as a result of his own poor judgement. The doctor seems to be competent, but not worth the experience of dealing with Jesse's insufferable arrogance.

First time in 3 years I felt good after having a ketamine infusion. I'm so glad I found Dr. Wells. Dr. Wells has saved my life. She is an anesthesiologist so she knows exactly what to add compared to my last psychiatrist. I can't recommend her enough!

I am so grateful to have found Wells Medicine. I highly recommend them for hard to treat depression and anxiety. The staff is wonderful, they run on time, they take their time explaining everything and really go deep with you to help uncover root causes.

I first encountered Dr. Wells at her former practice. While I would still recommend that practice to anyone who needs it, I think it speaks volumes that I followed Dr. Wells, even though it was a little further. As far as ketamine goes, I cannot express how much it has improved my life. I know I would not be around, had it not been for Dr. Wells and the CRNAs who attended to me. The clinic itself is nice. I also appreciate that Dr. Wells seeks to improve on services, as they are now offering Stellate Ganglion blocks as well as TMS.

Had two Stellate ganglion blocks at Wells Medicine. Very easy to schedule an appointment. Jesse, at the front desk, was super helpful with explaining the procedure before I even made an appointment. The day of the appointment, Dr. Wells was very patient and informative. Listened to our concerns and history, asked appropriate questions. She also asked about my goals, explained what was happening during and immediately after the procedure and then gave me options if the block didn’t have the desired results. I never felt as if she were rushing me through the appointment like a cow in a chute. That speaks volumes to a nervous patient…. Especially a nervous patient with a needle involved. Dr. Wells is very functionally minded as well, which is huge for me.

I came in for Ketamine therapy without having any idea what I was getting into, only knowing that I wanted to feel better. I had a ton of anxiety but was quickly put at ease by the pleasant staff and the caring and competent doctor. She seems to have a vested interest in my outcome and has many tools to help accentuate the treatment. She takes a lot of time to explain everything that you’re going to go through, the potential causes of your issues, realistic tools to help fix them, or at least make them less impactful on your overall well being. I wrote the above testimonial on the Wells Medicine website a while back, but my experience has only been reinforced by and improved in subsequent sessions. Dr. Wells is helping to shape my life in better, more positive, and sustaining ways and I can't say enough good things about her, and her practice.
