Ketamine Clinic of North Texas — Ketamine Clinic in Carrollton, TX

This practice is completely abysmal and unprofessional . I have attached the screenshots of what I had to deal with for five days with this clinic . Not only are their responses barely a sentence , unprofessional they have been ignoring a client who was willing to spend thousands to better their mental health. I was highly recommended by a psychiatrist, and when I call them out on ignoring me, they blame me with zero evidence and proof. Any practice who can not tell me who I am speaking to, or give me a phone call is nobody who deserves my money or to know my private medical history. I have no idea who is answering these messages to the number that says “text only” on the website , if it is the owner of this practice it’s even more disgraceful. I genuinely need this treatment for my mental health, and being put through the wringer with them completely exhausted me. After all this I decided I REALLY do need that appointment and reached out again. And no response . Avoid this horrible business at all costs.

I’ve had an amazing experience with my treatment from Dr. Ahmad for OCD and trichotillomania. He is very well educated and highly experienced in this field. The medical treatment programme I received from Dr. Ahmad helped me progress and manage my trichotillomania. No doctor has ever been able to bring about the kind of results that Dr. Ahmad has! I would Highly recommend!!

I've been seeing Dr. Ahmad for more than a year now. This therapy has helped me so much in managing the symptoms of OCD and depression. It's like getting a monthly brain reset. My energy levels improve, and I don't have as many intrusive thoughts. It's such a relief. Dr. Ahmad is very caring and attentive, and responds quickly if you need to contact him. He's also very flexible about scheduling. I'm very grateful to both him and his staff!

Been going to this clinic for years, and the therapy is life-changing. Appointments are at times that do not interfere with my work schedule, and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The doctor always talks with me about how I’ve done since the last infusion and coaches on how to proceed following the infusion.

I am a health care professional from out of state. Dr. Ahmad is extremely compassionate and very psychologically minded. He clearly has a passion to help those of us that struggle with depression. I went to see him after electroconvulsive therapy failed to adequately address my symptoms of depression. He treated me with Ketamine infusions, and the results were incredible. I highly recommend this physician and his team, they really know what they’re doing!!

I was amazed at the results after my first infusion for severe depression. I completed a 6 round course with great success. I felt very safe and knew I was in great hands with Dr Ahmad. Because of his knowledge and absolutely no pressure, I will continue to travel to Texas for boosters in the future. He is also very easy to work with on scheduling. “At this time insurance companies do not reimburse ketamine infusion therapy so we do not participate in any insurance plans and will not bill them on your behalf.” If I’m going to be chronically ill, then I make sure to make the most of it...which means doing my homework and my research so that I can receive the right treatment for my chronic pain and not drown in medical debt. Saying that insurance companies “do not reimburse ketamine infusion therapy” is incorrect. Currently, insurance covers varies. Some patients in the US get their $1,250 infusions covered, (fact). My $750 ketamine infusions for widespread chronic pain are being covered 60% by insurance at Ketamine Wellness Centers in Hurst. I’m so glad I chose the treatment center that I did, not only are they extremely kind, they’ve always given me *factual* informal, and unlike Ketamine Clinic of North Texas, they actually responded to my inquiry.
