Heading Health, Ketamine and TMS — Ketamine Clinic in Austin, TX

Spravato has changed my life for the better, I've been going to heading health for about 7-8 months now. And I have definitely felt and seen a difference, my family has noticed a change in me as well. I had severe anger issues and moderate depression it's helped me think more clearly before I react and think about the long term consequences to my actions before doing things. It's helped me improve my relationships and has improved my mood. You get to pick the room you want, they provide you with mints or lifesavers to help with the after taste, they have fans and ambient lightning you can control, the rooms are always clean and relaxing, the staff are easy to talk to and very helpful clean bathroom as well. They cater to your every need if you don't have transportation to or from the clinic they provide you a Lyft free of charge. They do keep it cold in the room so id suggest to bring a blanket or to wear warm clothes.Pamela is a very kind woman and I'm very thankful for her and this clinic I've never had any issues with getting my meds. The staff is very friendly and helpful I'm very grateful I stumbled upon this option it's helped me in so many ways. If your questioning if you should try it or if it is for you I'd definitely give it a chance especially at this location it's improved and changed my life completely!!

These reviews surprise me a little. What you see online is not at all how it is. There are no blankets (and they keep it freezing) there are no eye masks (I suggest you bring your own) there’s no headphones (again, I suggest you bring your own). I arrived and was immediately brought back and then left in a freezing cold room for 45 min. My provider came in and gave me the dose almost immediately so I could start my 2 hour clock. It hit me fast so that was mostly a blur. She stayed for a little bit though within 5 minutes I wasn’t capable of talking back. I guess this hits differently for everyone. And she left me alone in the room for two hours. There’s a call light for problems but that’s it. I felt completely unprepared for this so I hope this review helps someone show up better equipped bc the stuff you see online you need to bring yourself. I suggest a water bottle, eye mask, headphone with some meditation or calming music queued up. The provider was late but pretty nice the two medical assistants had the care and consideration you’d expect from any retail clerk and that’s who you mostly interface with. I’m still hopeful that if I’m better equipped the experience will be better next time and I will keep my review for others updated.

I’ve been having a wonderful experience with my Ketamine sessions. There are so many people at this location on Bee Caves that make you feel comfortable, safe, and secure. I love the doctors and all the staff because they really listen to you and help you through this process. I definitely would recommend this to people who need a little bit extra help when it comes to being depressed. Definitely a five out of five.

I appreciate the kind and caring staff and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are comfy (recliner chairs) and I recommend bringing a blanket, eye cover, and earplugs. The psychiatrist is efficient and cares about folks having a good session. Sometimes, they have staffing and/or scheduling issues, so you have to wait a long time to start your session. I was told I can come in earlier, so I can get out early (just never arrive late) but it has never worked. On the contrary, the earlier I get there, the longer I have to wait. Overall though, I've had a great experience with the therapy, staff, and practice.

Heading Health is helping me heal from a traumatic four years. The staff is excellent, professional and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean, quiet and private. I recommend them to anyone who needs help overcoming situations.
