I'm glad I left this review up. I asked to discontinue being a patient with them because they overcharged for their services based on their own web page. I finally, after getting proof of everything, escalated the matter and thought I had it resolved. As of today, I have received a bill from all the way back in September 2025! It's for a little over the amount that Athena care just refunded me. I had insurance then and there's no way the bill should have been that high even if it did mysteriously somehow take months to bill me for it. They're looking to get their money back after I did enough to make sure I got a refund.

Great care and great service!! Tamika Vaughn is absolutely the best! I highly recommend her! I also am impressed with the receptionist, Tiffany. She is an amazing lady who always makes me feel welcome and comfortable! She is so kind and easy to work with in setting future appointments. I highly recommend Athena Health in Nashville!!!

The person I met with at Athena was very professional and caring. She provided clarification when needed, and answered my questions thoughtfully/thoroughly. In addition, the people at the front of the office were very helpful with providing the link to the “Healow” app.
