I would give them a 6/5 if I could. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Dr Jordan is very understanding, professional, and knowledgeable. He let me know there were more treatment options available than I was previously aware of, and I feel better on my current treatment plan than I have in years. The smaller office allows for a personability I haven't experienced in many doctors offices. They really go above and beyond for their patients. I cannot recommend highly enough.

The staff here is fantastic! I always feel comfortable and welcomed. I was recommended to this place, and I would absolutely recommend it to others as well.

The care you can find here is top notch. Dr. Roundtree and staff are very nice. If there were 10 stars I would give them that. Thanks for all they do

Lizz was amazing. She took the time to really listen to how I was feeling and asked a lot of clarifying questions to make sure that we had the correct outcome. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment plan by explaining the process thoroughly and answering all of my questions. She was amazing and I will definitely be a long-time patient going forward.

To be honest, ever since I started my first session things have gotten worse for me, I originally came in for a ADHD evaluation and ended up back on depression medication and a Monthly q&a about if I’m hearing voices. I have never felt like our conversations held weight or as if I mattered to much. I’m writing this because I have gotten worse than better. It just seems i was prescribed medicine they believed would solve my issues without ever actually scanning the brain and seeing what parts are at a deficit.

Haley and Jordan have been nothing short of amazing, every single time I go for treatment. If you are on a mental health and/or Spravato journey, THIS is the kind of atmosphere you want to be apart of. I’m always grateful for them!

From the moment I walk through the door until I leave, the entire staff makes me feel at ease and comfortable. Jordan is very attentive and diligent. I have been struggling for so long, and he is so patient and continues to support me in trying to find the very best solution or path in my mental health journey. Hayley is amazing. She takes care of you, but doesn’t make you feel like you’re her job. Overall I would highly recommend for anyone who is struggling and needs to get back on track.

This has been so great for me! I truly love that the staff cares about your wellbeing. Liz was super easy to talk to! Haley has been outstanding doing my sparvato treatments. She’s amazing! I would truly recommend them! Lexie is always super sweet as well!

I can’t say enough good things about Jordan. He actually listens and takes the time to understand what’s going on instead of just rushing through appointments. I’ve always felt comfortable being honest about how I feel, and they never make me feel judged. Since seeing Jordan, I’ve finally started to feel like myself again. He is kind, knowledgeable, and really cared about finding what works best for me. He explained the medication in a way that makes sense. If you’re struggling and looking for someone who genuinely cares and wants to help you get better, I 100% recommend Jordan. They’ve made such a positive difference in my life!
