My first contact with this clinic a few months ago was incredible; Trevor was kind, empathetic, and very helpful in getting me the help I needed. Today, I have been in crisis. I first reached out to my therapist at this clinic, and the responses I received were just matter of fact. They were devoid of any compassion or understanding. I then called and spoke with Chelsea about getting in Friday for a ketamine session. She said she would contact the staff that administer the treatments, as most of them also work elsewhere, but she said she'd find out if anyone would be able to give me a treatment this Friday. She *promised" me - twice - that she would call me back before the end of the day today and let me know what she found out. Your website says you close at 6pm; your Facebook page says you close at 8pm. At 5:50pm, I called back to the clinic, because Chelsea never contacted me as promised. Guess what? My call went straight to voicemail. By virtue of the services you offer, the people that come to you are in some kind of mental health crisis. When your staff promise a patient that they will return a call, then they need to do what they promised. It is absolutely unacceptable for any patient to be treated the way I was treated today. The message I got today was, 'you don't matter to us, we don't care that you're in crisis, and we don't want to do anything to help you.' NOT the message that any patient should receive, ever.
