The office staff is super friendly and helpful. The waiting area is clean and open with multiple seats and areas to wait. They are quick to address any questions. I was able to see a provider with in the first week. They also have a lot of resources for kids.

This office has been a complete nightmare for my care. I was referred to the other Wexford location in fall 2024 due to lack of internal providers elsewhere. They don’t return paperwork promptly if you need it for work, the office staff is extremely dismissive and rude and when the initial provider they assigned left they moved me to this office location and the new provider was a horrible fit. Trying to get another appointment or medication during the transition has been a nightmare and the office has now randomly charged hundreds of dollars without explanation to my card on file. As soon as I can leave I will due to the overall horrible billing and management of these practices, and being it’s a mental health provider and they don’t seem to understand their treatment is unacceptable when there is a lack of options and further complicates someone’s medical and mental health treatment.

Dr.Nadkarni is great and office staff is nice.

I've been going to New Directions for quite some time and Dr. Dulaney and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing! They are all so compassionate and always great about getting back to me, if I have questions or concerns in-between visits. I highly recommend this group! Lori H.

I am beyond pleased with my Psychiatrist, Dr. Nadkarni. She knows my strengths and growing edges and has that in mind when prescribing. What I don't like about New Directions is how hard it is to get the right person on the phone. I've called several times for the billing department, I'm put on hold for a while, then it sounds like someone is going to take my call and then hangs up. This is very infuriating and poor practice for a mental health business.
