Vitellaria Wellness and Ketamine Assisted Therapy — Ketamine Clinic in Tigard, OR

Not a good experience. After the clinic switched to it's new services I was told to pay for a consultation fee to continue getting medication refills even though I was already an established client from prior. They told me they sent notification on the policy but I never received any notice. I could not afford another fee after I just paid $400+ for services so I asked if they would at least honor a simple medication refill request in the meantime. They denied my medication. I decided to go elsewhere because of that. How can you be in the health care business if you dont care about the wellbeing of people?

I’m experiencing a very difficult time getting a response from this company’s office regarding a bill. After seeing that they promptly responded to a google review left from my partner and not any of my emails asking for resolution, dispute policies, or for them to dismiss false charges, I guess I should communicate via google review? I would prefer a phone call or response to my emails, but apparently google review is the best way to get a prompt response? I will hope no one at Vitellaria Wellness will imply anything regarding my mental health for disputing false charges in a similar manner to their condescending response to the other negative google review…I should hope not at least?
