The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The facility is comfortable and I have no issues with it. This treatment has been life changing and they have helped me along that journey.

I originally had posted a 5 star review of this place because it did have many amazing things about it the number one being the staff, particularly Stephanie at the front desk and the nurse Carrie. Their pricing was also the best in the area at the time. However, i now know they treat their employees very badly and both no longer work there. The staffing transitions resulted in phones not bring answered, them not knowing how to process a credit card, not being given a depression scale before treatment, etc. Whoever writes their facebook statuses does not use proper grammar or spelling which is unprofessional and frankly, scary since i rely on the clinic and it's staff to take care of me while i am otherwise incapacitated. Throughout 12 sessions, i probably spent a total of 2 minutes speaking with the actual doctor. The one time the nurse was busy and the doctor attempted to start my iv, he blew out several veins and i ended up bleeding all over myself, the recliner, and the rug. Ketamine itself can be an amazing depression treatment and i still receive treatments but at a different facility.

I've been struggling with depression for a decade, and changing medication far more than I like. This helped me wonderfully. Great staff also. Most affordable pricing I've seen.

I've suffered from bipolar disorder my whole life. I have been miserable my whole life. Medication never helped. I learned about the infusions and told my psychiatsrist. She looked into it and kept trying to find me options. She got brochures for the oklahoma ketamine center, and I just had my 6th infusion. Every infusion I felt different. Sometimes sad, Sometimes happy due to neurons reconnecting. But this is the first time in my life i have felt relief from bipolar depression. The clinic is clean and the staff are so nice. Please don't be afraid if you have disorders and struggle with them. These infusions don't work for everyone. But I found it to be a miracle that big pharma couldn't do. I had a great experience with this clinic. The front desk assistant, nurses, and doctors were all very kind and they always made sure to do anything to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this center to anyone in the OKC metro area looking for a clinic!

This place is wonderful. I was suicidal and this treatment put me in a a normal mood state. Antidepressants I took over my 19 years of treatment didnt work like this does. These are professional and dedicated Docs experts in their field. The nurse Mikel takes good care of you. THIS WORKS

I have my 2nd booster coming up in a few days and I am looking forward to it not because I feel I need it but because I don't and that tells me that it is still working I have been symptom free for 6 months after waking everyday for decades to these symptoms it has been a profound change for me I know it may not work for everyone but if you are treatment resistant read up and give this serious consideration the staff at Oklahoma ketamine have been very friendly ,helpful and professional.

Life Changing. I tried antidepressants for over 10 years with little success. This was the best decision I have ever made for myself. The staff was amazing and worked with me, despite the difficulties. I can't say enough wonderful things. Please do this for yourself.

It took me a long time to feel comfortable rewriting my review. I was there for every session, all but one phone call, and for the entire experience. The experience with this clinic led to the most traumatic event of my life. The lack of care, lack of support, and lack of basic understanding of suicidality is extremely apparent. If you're depression symptoms get worse during treatment, stop immediately. If you are a friend or family member, and the person you care about wants to stop treatment, listen to them. If you don't, you may end up where I was, coming home from work to find your spouse/loved one, pale face, dark blue eye sockets, blue lips, no longer breathing. You may end up not being able to perform Cpr like me. Frantically calling 911, hoping she lives. Ketamine treatment made depression worse for my wife, and the staff did not listen or care. 3 different times, explaining how much worse she was feeling, they Flip flopped between opinions on whether that was normal or not. Telling her "you should be fine". On the day of her suicide attempt she spoke with the clinic for less than a minute and a half, with no care that she was feeling suicidal, they left the conversation with a "have a good day". Absolute disregard for what was wrong with her. Ketamine may work for a lot of people, but if it gets worse, stop immedietly. I would avoid this clinic at all costs. It's led to more than just a suicide attempt, it's led to me pushing all my feelings away, and not being able to communicate, and our marriage slowly falling apart. This place has affected so much of our lives, and there's nothing that can be done about it. Thanks.
