This review is for this location specifically because I’ve had more luck with the mentor one but had to switch because I moved. Sue is amazing, but the other lady at the front desk is extremely rude. If you come in for anything she acts like you’re annoying her and you’re less than human. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her anything but miserable for the past 4 years. I dread calling this location at any time because I know if somehow someone actually picks up the phone for once, it’s going to be her and shes just mean about it. The office itself is run down and ugly and unwelcoming and very badly needs a renovation for the comfort of their patients. Hell even just repainted. The ceo does not care about the state of his facilities or the happiness of his employees. Recently I had to come in so I could receive my medication and no one was at the front desk for over 20 minutes so I left, which screwed up my whole week trying to find time to come back during open hours. Management is questionable due to high turnover rates for employees, especially case managers, for the past 6 years I’ve been with Charak. I couldn’t imagine how awful it is to work for them, and it’s evident it’s hard to find good people to staff their offices by the lack of communication and no one in the offices half the time, or by how rude they are.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the care I received at this facility. The staff were friendly and professional. Sudha at the Stow facility was especially great.

It would be nice it billing did their job! I have not received one bill. When I called to ck on a medication refill the girl on the phone told me I owed $30 she was surprised I was seen! I called billing and the nasty lady that answered the phone stated they do send out bills! We'll I hv yet to receive one. They sure wanna hold your feet over the fire caue you owe money.how are you supposed to pay your bill if you don't know you have one!

Sue in the Stow office is a breath of fresh air! Her multitasking is obvious to me and other patient families!

Sue was very helpful and was running the front desk very efficiently for being the only on back there nurse practitioners were very helpful as well!

I have been struggling with mental illness for a long time, but please find somewhere else to go than here. I have been coming here for about 4 months now and every experience I have had is terrible. It is not a comforting space to be in for someone with my condition. I got asked at the front desk “well what’s wrong with you?” The office is dirty and with yellow walls. It makes you feel like you’re in an old psych ward. I was not told that my nurse practitioner lived in Florida and that everything would be online. I was switched medicines almost every 2 weeks basically. And overall this company needs more employees and better processes. I never get paper or virtual bills. I never know how much I owe on my bills. I have called and gotten put on hold and after 10 minutes I always get hung up on. Trying to make appts is so difficult. The portal is the only connection you have to them besides calling. (Thats if you actually get thru.) You also do not have any easy way to contact your doctor if you need too. Very scary especially being switched medicines all the time.

The 5 stars are for Sue. She is the only person there, the phone is off of the hook, and she does her absolute best to take care of the people who are physically there. She's been with these guys for at least 10 years, so she deserves a big raise or even a bonus for putting 100% of herself into her work. She deserves a lunch break! Ranjan you need to take care of her, make sure she is appreciated for all of her hard work. I've watched people come and go out of this office and you should appreciate those who stay with you and do a great job. Thank you Sue!!!- long time patient.

I would like to thank Sue, in the front office, she has been so helpful to me. I live over an hour away and she's always been there for me. She'll answer all the questions for you, help you out if you need assistance with paperwork, just an absolute gem she is. Thank you for having caring staff.
