I’ve been coming to Ketalink Ketamine Center for a while now, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. Winny, I see each time, is truly outstanding. She’s incredibly personable, warm, and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference in a setting like this. She’s also very knowledgeable and takes the time to really listen and understand what’s going on, instead of rushing you through the process. I always feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for here. Highly recommend Ketalink, and especially Winny.

Great office friendly staff aesthetically pleasing treatment rooms 100%

From my first inquiry to my last actual appt. Winny from Ketalink guided me the entire way and I'm so thankful for her! She never made me feel like my, sometimes ridiculous, questions were too much and she really put my mind at ease through this whole process. The office space is designed with the patients comfort in mind and I especially loved the thoughtful drinks & snacks that were always available! If you're considering taking the next step to better your mental health I highly recommend Ketalink in Levittown - professional and very personable too!

Ketalink has been a lifesaver to me! Winnie is so awesome and also welcoming!! I’ve had Parkinson’s disease was diagnosed in 2018. I was on carbidopa and also amantadine. Since I started going to ketalink , I’ve been taking off my medicine and my dyskinesia is not as bad. Love this place wonderful to go to. Also, my depression has decreased.

Amazing experience that saved my life

Ketalink is a great establishment. Winnie runs a tight ship. Extremely welcoming and calming environment. Atmosphere is very clean. Comfy reclining leather chairs and noise cancelling headphones. Great music selections. Well stocked beverages and snacks for recovery after experience in lobby. Great assortment of vitamin IV's as well. Ketamine IV's are the gold standard for depression resistant conditions. Highly recommend and worth the financial investment. Location does have insurance approved Spravato as well. I Can't say enough good things about Ketalink. I will definitely will be utilizing Ketalink going forward.

Outstanding clinicians and facility. Made me feel very comfortable before my 1st treatment and put me at ease. From the doctor to the PA, they addressed all concerns I may have delving into this (new to me) treatment. Even phone calls after each session initial session from the doctor to check in on me as well as my treatment goals were impeccable. Highly recommend this facility. Facility is super clean and welcoming for this type of therapy and I felt completely safe in their hands during the sessions.
