During treatment, I felt closely monitored and cared for, and the staff consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The environment was calm and welcoming, and everything was clearly explained. I highly recommend Keta Medical Center to anyone seeking quality mental health care.

Keta is amazing! They worked with my insurance to ensure I could get treatment before I set foot in the door; and they liaised with my care team to ensure that all providers were kept apprised of my treatment and progress. Their patient centric care is why I trust them and would refer anyone to this clinic. Additionally the nurses, physicians and support staff all genuinely care for you as a person. This is the way medicine should be.

This treatment has been hugely effective for me. I felt relief from depression and hopelessness very quickly and have noticed a marked willingness in myself to improve daily habits. My only regret is that it took me so long to try it. Keta Medical Center is very well run with a highly professional and sympathetic staff (in every role that I’ve encountered, not just the doctors). Every aspect of treatment, including insurance coverage, has been handled with efficiency, care and compassion.

Trust me, this is the place to go! I’ve been to multiple clinics over the years and Keta MC has been the best by far. The facilities are great, the rooms have really nice views, they always supply snacks and drinks, but mostly the people are the best part. Everyone here seems like they actually care and you aren’t just another name or face on a roster. Special shout out to Emma in the front who is THE best, so sweet and friendly and organized, always remembers patients’ names, is very intuitive about what patients need, and just overall such a lovely person to interact with. Very happy to have found this place.
