The staff is compassionate, calm, and attentive, creating a safe and supportive environment every visit. I chose Spravato and couldn’t be more grateful for the professionalism and care throughout the process. This team truly treats mental health with dignity and humanity. Highly recommend.

I am not impressed with them. They confirmed that my insurance would cover the treatment with an $80 copay and scheduled my appointment. I arrived by Uber, paying $30 each way, since they do not allow patients to drive themselves. I spent about 20 minutes filling out forms, only to be told afterward that they were unsure whether my insurance would cover the treatment and that I should go home. This was very unprofessional. A significant amount of time, energy, and money was wasted. It is extremely unfair to treat someone this way, especially a person who is suffering. Additionally, the receptionist was very unprofessional and unfriendly. She does not return calls unless you call repeatedly, and when you speak with her in person, she is unkind and dismissive.
