Terrible business. Missed my first appointment and tried to reschedule. I've been juggling multiple appointments and was too late to reschedule. They declined me a reschedule. This was my first appointment and they never informed me there would be some firm of punishment or outcome for missing a first time appointment. They should have informed me. I'll gladly find a psychiatrist who is more professional and eager to help.

I have been seen by Hailee Narayan. She was very unprofessional in not providing legal documentation stating that she could not take video calls in a moving vehicle. I took this to the Better Business Bureau and Delve Psychiatry’s response was to discontinue care with a Nurse Practitioner unrelated to the case at point. Delve Psychiatry tried to make me pay $125 for their considering my video appointment was a no show for being in a moving vehicle. After Delve Psychiatry spoke to the BBB, they sent a letter stating that I had missed multiple appointments with my Nurse Practitioner which was false. They states that he was part of the Company and that was the reason for discontinuation.

Very good psychiatry practice, Dr Reitano and NP Bryan are both very patient very understanding providers. Office staff is great as well.

Wonderful, kind, caring people! They have done more for me, my depression, and my PTSD than anyone else ever has!

Grateful to have been led to this psychiatry center. The facility is very clean and aesthetically calming. The front desk ladies have been very helpful and with patience we got my medical coverage figured out with me so my appointment was covered and my best copay could apply. Dr.John Reitano has a grounded energy and is easy to communicate with, while knowing the questions to ask and what direction we need to go, where as well my life has been. I expressed quite a lot in one session. Found acknowledgment. As well as learned new insights. Dr. Reitano really knows his stuff and is straightforward about AUD and reassuring about the process of recovery. I was impressed we didn't do any major changes to my current meds and instead agreed less is more and to allow time for adjustments before adding anything new with my new sobriety. I personally have been over medicated in the past so this was refreshing to take time and work together at a reasonable pace with medication dosages. I know it can be quite uncomfortable finding care, maybe even admitting some care could help... take a chance and know you'll be guided. You don't need to fret over what exactly to say, where do you start? It's easier than I thought personally and I encourage others to take the jump if you think you could use help.

2 appointments and several phone calls in - I am pleased with this office! Dana, at the front desk, has been responsive, helpful, and kind. Dr. Reitano and NP Bryan both listened intently, provided helpful insight, and validated me in what has previously been an incredibly stressful part of my medical journey. I feel hopeful with my care in their hands. Thank you, all!
