Front desk staff were so friendly and Dr Franzen was wonderful. He was thorough, soft spoken, and really seemed like he understood the issues I described. I didnt feel rushed and he ensured that all of my questions were answered. He went over several options for treatment/diagnostics and explained which ones he felt would be more/less beneficial for me at this given time. Overall, I had a very positive experience and highly recommend!
