Ketamine therapy has truly changed my life for the better. I have struggled with depression and anxiety my entire life. I reached a point where I literally felt hopeless and stuck and didn’t know what to do. I felt like I had “tried it all” over the many years I battled with unhealthy and destructive coping mechanisms and ketamine was the first truly effective and reliable therapies I have experienced. Though it wasn’t a magic pill, it did serve as the catalyst to growth and change I didn’t know I was missing. It helped me not only to change my unhealthy behaviors, but also shifted how I see the world l around me and want to engage with it. I am eternally grateful to the knowledgeable, warm, unconditionally supportive and nonjudgmental staff at I.I.T. Dr. Doss, Andrea and the entire staff is incredibly professional and helped me to set clear intentions and have a good understanding of how to move forward in my journey towards healing, recovery and growth.

I’ve been going here for ketamine treatments since last year and have had a wonderful experience here. All of the staff and doctors are really professional and kind. I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone there. I feel supported, safe and welcome there. This is extremely important to me as someone who is autistic and also I do not fit into societal norms at all. The space is very peaceful and has a very good vibe about it. My treatments are always very relaxing and I feel well attended to. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking into alternative forms of mental health treatment. I have been struggling with mental health for most of my adult life and it is nice to do something that isn’t just trying a ton of different western medication approaches that don’t work that well.

My experience at Institute for Integrative Therapies has been exceptional from the first phone call I made to inquire about their services. Dr. Doss, Dr. Varghese, Amanda, Beau and the others have treated me with such respect, and professional care. The medical offices and treatment rooms are so well thought out and beautifully furnished for comfort, relaxation and peace. I have going there for ketamine infusions to help me with my healing from severe trauma. I know without a doubt that the physical environment, and the kindness shown by each of the staff has contributed to the efficacy of my treatments, because I have been able to fully relax into the experience, knowing I am in a safe and supportive place for this depth of healing. Both Dr. Doss and Dr. Varghese have provided top level physcian care and have been part of the treatment plan and checking in with me every session, to make sure I am receiving what I am intending with this healing work. This type of treatment is gaining its rightful place in the therapeutic community, and I feel that this Insititute for Integrative Therapies should be used as a model for best practices in this field. As a survivor of trauma who has worked at healing for many years, I can say with authority that in this journey of recovery, the provider of any help, of any kind, is every bit as important as the provision itself. I highly recommend these benevolent and top tier providers.

The service provided was excellent. The doctors are very good and the support staff for the treatment were lovely. But, administratively the office is poorly run and the billing process was a debacle that's caused me a lot of aggravation. If I were doing it again, I would be ensuring that I had a written quote ahead of the services. 5 stars for the treatment, 0 for the accounting and billing.
