Kelly Reid is wonderful to work with and is very understanding when I’m having trouble explaining my feelings/symptoms. I was seeing Jennifer Gonzales previously and she was so unprofessional and unorganized, my anxiety would spike before every appointment, but things have been so much smoother since I was switched to Kelly.

I have been a patient of Kelly Reid for two years and have had a wonderful experience. I honestly never had a doctor listen as well as she does and I greatly appreciate the care and attention she gives to every concern I bring up.

I have really had the best experience here. I've been the patient of Kelly Reid for almost a year, and have also seen Kim Loomis and Erin Woelmer. Kelly really takes the time to understand what’s going on with me, listens, and collaborates. She has been great with prescription management, helping me find the right medications and adjusting doses until we found what works best for me. She’s a problem-solver and incredibly knowledgeable. It's very clear to me how much she cares about her patients. Also, she's just very pleasant to be around and creates a supportive environment and patient-provider relationship. Truly just the best! I've seen Kim twice and she is also a great listener and very diligent! I really appreciate how she collaborates with me on my care, too. I've seen Erin Woelmer three times and believe she is an excellent critical thinker and problem solver. She's very solution-oriented and just awesome all around. Ella from their administrative staff is also very much on the ball, helpful, and kind! I always feel comfortable and well cared for at this practice. I highly recommend Michigan Psychiatric & Primary Care to anyone looking for compassionate, attentive, and smart providers.

I love who I see here but the girl at the front desk is ALWAYS on her phone and rude. I’ve been here many times and every time she is playing what looks to be Monopoly Go on her phone. I’ve stood there for almost a full 2 minutes before she even noticed me then SHE KEPT PLAYING for another 10 seconds before finally asking what I needed (rude) then went back to playing before I could even start talking. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. To top it off, one visit she had to get something from the printer, huffed like she was annoyed she had to get up, then stood at the printer playing on her phone while the paper was clearly finished printing… I’m not sure we even made eye contact a single time because she’s too busy playing.. I was close to giving 1 star JUST because of her, but I absolutely love who I see here

It’s amazing that they got so many incompetent people to work in the same building together. They screw up time and time again and then lie to your face to protect themselves. If you care about your well being, do not go here. They care more about ordering lunch and playing games on their phones at the desk than they do about their jobs. Really sad honestly

Mufita (I think that's her name) went above and beyond to solve a complex issue for me when I was in a crisis. I've gone here for years and everyone has been very helpful.
