My experience with Dr Pellegrino and his staff was the best! I have been suffering with from depression since I was a teenager. I’m resistant to antidepressants and my depression was getting worse. I knew it was time to try something different. Ketamine for depression is life changing. I haven’t felt depressed since my very first treatment. Amazing! The reason Thrive IV Is such a wonderful place to be treated is because Dr Pellegrino is extremely careful when administering the ketamine. He monitors your vitals and keeps a close eye on you the entire time you’re there. He is as kind and compassionate a doctor you will ever meet. On top of that he is very knowledgeable about all things health. Hi wife Megan who works with him is also a very compassionate and kind person. Together Megan and Dr Pellegrino are quite a team! They are a pleasure to be with and make you feel comfortable from beginning to end. If you’re thinking about this treatment go for it- you’ll be happy you did.

Dr. Pellegrino and Megan are amazing. From the moment that I entered the clinic, I immediately felt at ease. Megan is efficient, kind, and thoughtful. Dr. Pellegrino answered all of my questions and provided excellent and compassionate care. I didn’t even feel him start the IV. The treatment room was decorated in a very calming manner and they provided headphones and really nice music to augment the experience. I would most definitely recommend Thrive IV to my friends and family.

I have suffered with depression and anxiety for years. I was always able to control it with SSRI's. This past year things got really bad with many additional stressors and I was in a very dark place. I learned about Ketamine from my therapist and was referred to Dr. Pellegrino. Through his treatment I was able to see things differently and return to a more positive outlook on life. I have since moved but continue an occasional booster. My current clinic is great, but Dr. Pellegrino and Megan set the bar very high. I highly recommend this practice if you are considering this treatment option. You will find no better care and comfort.

Dr. Pellegrino was life changing for me. After a bad ending with my previous doctor who administered my first 6 doses, I felt lost about what to do next. For anyone suffering with treatment resistant depression, I can not recommend Dr. Pellegrino and his support staff enough. It is obvious how much he cares about the well being of his patients in the time he takes talking with you about your problems, guiding you through the ketamine experience and following up afterward. After each treatment I received a personal follow up call from Dr. Pellegrino asking how I was. This sort of compassion, investment and dedication is something you do not see very often.
