I came in for an initial consultation. Have never received mental health care or struggled with mental health prior to this year. Did not feel heard and there was a lack of effort to understand. Was quick to prescribe despite only knowing me for 30 minutes. Good front desk service.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Chiedozie is rude, abrupt and has a terrible bedside manner. As a psych doctor, you would think listening would be a strong point. That is not the case here. If you mention ADHD, you will instantly be judged. It’s very odd. I ended our appointment right in the middle of it because of the way I was being treated. I will not be returning. The only pleasant experience I had here was dealing with the front desk staff.

Dr. Ojimba and staff are exceptionally professional at all times. Dr. Ojimba is a topnotch Doctor who is cares about your well-being and very knowledgeable about medication management. My family is extremely satisfied with his service. (5 STARS *****)

I love Dr. Ojimba's patience and kindness. He is the best doctor i have ever had. He is truthful and honest. He is a man of integrity. I thank God for Dr. Ojimba.

It is so helpful that Dr. O is my doctor. He helps me manage my mental health and work through strategies along with keeping track of my medications. I would Not feel better or be able to stay on his medications and sleep without the help of his guidance. Thank you truly to you Dr O and the whole springs health team.

Dr. O is amazing. He listens and knows what he is doing. He has helped me with my mental illness and helped me get through some difficult times. Also, Autumn, the office manager is exceptionally good. Kind, patient, and always good for a laugh!

Didn’t feel heard. I feel like I went and obviously the visit will be run through insurance only for him to tell me things I already knew. Was not helpful at all. Waste of time and money.
