I would just like to say that I called Is inquiring ketamine infusion today and the woman that I spoke to (Shanna) sp?was so empathetic so kind and showed so much compassion toward me and my situation that I am still in disbelief. If only everybody in our medical community could be like her...She displayed such a genuine loving mentality when it comes to humanity and the struggle some of us have with our mental health, and the desire some of us have to be well. She really is an example of someone who is changing lives and making the world a better place. If everyone had the opportunity to be influenced be people who share her gift of helping people heal, especially in the greatly needed and appreciated medical community our society would improve as a whole and many of us would feel so much peace and security. I admire her ability to connect with a person suffering and in such a short amount of time, just a 15 minute conversation, she was able to provide hope, advice and direction to me. I know i cant be the only person she has reached to find clarity during a difficult time. Although i am unable to get treatment from her location at this time, anyone seeking help in the Sun Valley area who has the opportunity to get treatment at this clinic is extremely blessed. She and this clinic deserves acknowledgment for being an actual solution just by caring about people on a level that we all should. With that being said, I was impressed by her knowledge and insight that comes with obvious intellect and experience. I know if she changed my day and perspective just by taking the time to listen, and talking with me long enough to know where to refer me to an appropriate place for treatmemt in the area where I live, she must change lives for the better and may not even know the impact it has on people suffering.
