This doctor literally ruined my life. I when I switched doctors, it took months for him to rectify the damage that had been done.

No duraban mas de 4 minutos, paciente con ansiedad y depresión y pues no me dieron mas reefil, realmente se nota que toman en serio los problemas médicos de sus pacientes, saben las tasas de suicidio por dejar antidepresivos de manera fulminante, sinceramente la ética profesional no se asoma aqui!

Having moved here just over 2 years ago before the Covid shutdowns, I kept my doctor in IL since I was having a lot of success and showing great progress physically and mentally. Unfortunately, my doctor just passed- so I found this office on the BCBS providers website and set up an appointment. It was going to be with a RN practitioner, but she was sick so Dr. A was seeing patients on a weekend to help keep everything moving along. I did all the new patient paperwork early, and waited as the appointments built up and saw the Dr as soon as he was free. Felt like I should have been rushed, but spent a good amount of time establishing a rapport, discussed my history- and I walked out of there 1000% more relieved, considering that I am on several medications and now that I had an urgent need to get started with a new doctor this was perfect timing. The doctor was thorough, and I walked out of there feeling like an enormous weight has been lifted off my shoulders and less anxious. The front desk administrator, Beth, was professional and dealt with a lot of stressed out people and some folks who were generally unfair regarding order of patient appointments. Handled everyone like a champion. I set up an appointment for next month, so being the first appointment the first step has been taken and that's the big one. They offer counseling here as well, so I may take advantage of that now that I have a baseline for service here. I recommend seeing Dr. Aflatoon. Even considering I had my first appointment today- I feel so much better knowing there will be no gap in medication or services moving forward. Looking forward to continuing my journey with this group.

Do not waste your money, time or energy in this place. No wonder they have 3 star rating. I gave them a try because its close to home but i regret it.

Not respecting his patients time, first providing the wrong address online, second I had an appointment at 10am and he runs late for 20 min.The most disorganized doctor that I have ever seen.

to put it bluntly, he's an idiot. at ridgeview, he completely shut down the fact that i had serotonin syndrome. he pinned me as having a panic attack and wasn't going to even listen to my concern. he felt threatened when i argued his "authority."
