Ketamine Health Centers — Ketamine Clinic in West Palm Beach, FL

I had an overall positive experience at this location. Why did they close though?

Was very happy with the services here at first. Bought a Summer Special package of treatments that didn't expire for $2,000...called this week to begin using them and they are shut down!

I have been suffering from a variety of injuries/illnesses/conditions for over 25 years. I was recommended to reach out to the staff at Ketamine Health Centers. All of my e mails, texts and calls were promptly answered by knowledgeable and compassionate individuals. Yesterday I had a Zoom Telehealth consultation with Dale Alice Block lasting about an hour. She took a thorough medical history and questioned me about my symptoms, depression, mania, delusions, anxiety, sleep and eating patterns, emotions, relationships, thoughts of harming myself and many more. She then went through the services that have been shown to help my situation. She was articulate, empathetic and quite optimistic that KHC’s could help me. She is a tremendous ambassador for the program. I can’t wait to get started and will add additional reviews updating my experience and progress.

Need to go back for boosters but what a life changer. On the expensive side but understandable.

Two years ago, my husband had a ketamine treatment here. It was more expensive than expected so we found a different ketamine center instead. For TWO YEARS, we've been trying to get them to submit the proper paperwork for partial insurance reimbursement. I've called them and so has my insurance company multiple times! They say they will, but they NEVER have! So now we aren't able to get any part of out $500 out of pocket cost. We don't have this problem with our new provider in Vero Beach.

Had an appointment last week for chronic pain.No Dr. on premise to discuss treatment. Staff not qualified. They supposed to call me back about insurance, never received a call. Do you really want these people to put a high risk medication in you? Not me.

Everyone in this clinic is so kind and professional. The environment is very relaxing and I always have a great experience. I have been visiting this office for over a year for booster infusions and I highly recommend them!

The Ketamine infusions have definitely been life changing. HIGHLY recommend to everyone, especially those dealing with any severe mental health issues. This location is incredible and the staff, nurses and providers are all extremely attentive, care about the well-being of patients and are always friendly faces to see. They check on you during your treatment and always make you feel extremely comfortable, safe and welcomed. Again, I highly recommend visiting the office, even if just for a consultation. Amazing experience and incredible staff!

My experience at the West Palm Beach Ketamine Health Center has been absolutely excellent! The staff is both professional and compassionate about helping their clients. They take the time to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible during your infusion. I have tried several treatments for depression, and ketamine is by far the best. I would highly recommend The West Palm Beach Ketamine Health Center to anybody who is looking to have their first ketamine treatment.
