I unfortunately are one of those people with multiple health problems and many different doctors, and specialist. I have been seeing Dr. Reichback for around 3 years, and out of over 100 different doctors and specialist I've had to see over the years, no clinic has come close to making me feel like family. I know that family sounds like something you would never expect to here from a Doctors office, but Lolita is the most wonderful, compassionate, and accommodating people you will ever meet. If your struggling one day and really need an appointment she will fit you in, even if it might cause them to work late. If you forget your pillow, blanket, charger, or music speaker, or headphones, don't worry she's got you covered. Dr. Reichbach is the same way when it comes to your treatment. He takes the time to get to know you, so he may be able to advise you on life changes that will help you, along with your Ketamine therapy. Everyone responds to treatment differently, so not only does he take the time to get to know you and your lifestyle, he takes the time to ask about every session and how it made you feel. This was so important to me because I didn't like my first treatment and didn't want to go back. Dr Reichbach discussed every detail about my experience, which told him we needed to make changes in the delivery time of the medication , and how to help with the anxiety I was having about trying another treatment. He assured me, with a few adjustments, the next session might not be perfect, but pleasant. I trusted him, even though I was afraid, and he delivered just like he said. Over the course of 5 or 6 treatments, he took the time to ask detailed questions about my experience, so he could continue to make small changes in administration duration, and help me achieve a better mindset before the treatment. Now, I have a wonderful experience every session! I've been able to come off of several medications that helped me function, and cope day to day difficulties. Today I walk around feeling like my old self again!!! Even though I have never been to another clinic, I believe in my heart that no clinic exist in the world that will treat your medical condition, and your soul like the Reichbach Center can!!!!
