Klaudia is the best. I am so glad I found your medical line primary physician. I’d recommended it when I asked her for somebody to speak to and knowing that it’s covered by Medicare was a plus but finding Klaudia was even a bigger plus.

I am very pleased with the caring and the professional personnel. Aways there for you. And a special thanks to Shannon for all her help.i definitely would recommend Dura Medical. Thanks everyone for keeping me on track!!!
Dura med is a great place to have your mental health needs met even though the name sounds like you could buy a walker there. What a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I was never barraged with an intrusive introduction, yet felt seen and put at ease right away with the staff’s comfortable manner. Shannon is an absolute gem.
Anna Stinson is very caring and is totally invested in her job. When I call, I usually speak to Shannon, who is in the office, and she is so nice and always helpful.
I am writing this review to document a serious and harmful course of care I received through Dura Medical, under Dr. Hart, located in Fort Myers and Naples, Florida. Prior to this treatment, I had never been prescribed, considered for, or treated with an antipsychotic medication. In over 40 years, my mental health history had never resulted in involuntary hospitalization, legal involvement, or disruption to my ability to work or function at that level. After a psychological evaluation, I was prescribed an antipsychotic medication. I was not clearly informed at the time that the medication was an antipsychotic. The dosage was later increased from 100 mg to 200 mg without adequate reassessment of emerging risks. While I initially reported feeling good, the medication was continued and escalated without appropriate caution or monitoring. As treatment continued at the higher dose, I experienced significant psychological destabilization, including severe dysregulation and suicidal ideation. This culminated in my first ever involuntary hospitalization under the Baker Act in April 2025. The experience was extremely traumatic. During that hospitalization, multiple treating physicians expressed concern regarding the medication regimen and explicitly advised against returning to the prior dosage. The medications were reduced accordingly. At my follow up appointment after discharge, I informed Dr. Hart of the concerns raised by hospital physicians and providers at SalusCare. At that same follow up visit, I also raised that the medication was actively triggering my eating disorder at that time, a condition that was already known to my provider. Despite these concerns, I was advised to return to the same 200 mg dosage that had immediately preceded the crisis, with the suggestion that an additional medication could be prescribed rather than reassessing the antipsychotic. After that visit, I attempted to contact Dr. Hart directly to discuss these concerns. Dr. Hart did not initiate contact with me at any point, and no follow up communication occurred. After consulting multiple professionals, I terminated care and sought treatment with another provider. As a direct result of this course of care, I was hospitalized, separated from my child, displaced from my home, and missed work, resulting in significant disruption to my family’s life. I have since attempted to address these concerns directly by contacting the director of Dura Medical. Aside from one initial response, my subsequent attempts at communication have gone unanswered. I am only now in a position to write this review after stabilizing from the events described above. This was not a single oversight, but a pattern of prescribing, dose escalation, and disregard of clear warning signs that occurred in April 2025 in a patient with no prior history warranting antipsychotic treatment. Patients deserve informed consent, careful monitoring, and appropriate response when serious adverse effects occur. That standard was not met in my case
My provider, Anna, Stinson, and her assistant Barb are the absolute best. My health has improved hugely since starting at Dura Medical. That alone would be enough to keep me coming back but they are also incredibly responsive and helpful. I don’t think my own kid is as responsive to my health as they are. Just kidding. Sort of. I’ve never had such an overall good experience in the medical community as I have here. I’ve never had to deal with frustrating situations like prescriptions not being called in, unresponsive requests, problems with insurance that don’t get handled in a timely manner. Barb is the polar opposite of those scenarios- if anything she’s so compassionate and attentive I’ve speculated she never takes time off. She is always right there in an urgent matter. If she is being paid hourly then she is vastly underpaid. Anna Stinson has changed my life. I had been prescribed the wrong type of medication for years and I didn’t know it. I regret the time I lost by going to the wrong provider. I think she truly likes what she does, she listens and is fiercely knowledgeable so the your treatment is individual to you- not people in your age group and demographics- you. She’s also on a first name basis with my cat Mrs. Findley because she’s kind. She’s very professional but also kind and that is a great mix for a provider.
My experience at DuraMedical has been beyond 5 star treatment from the owner to each and every staff member helping me with multiple health issues. They treat you with dignity, kindness, care and respect. I would recommend Duramedical to anyone seeking help with all the services they offer!
I am not a patient came very close I done all the paperwork needed someone from the office was chatting Via text message which was good. I asked several times will my healthcare care cover the service I was told YES, a few days had passed I called my insurance to verify the insurance said NO so I sent an message explaining I had to cancel my appointment I never heard back several day later i got a phone call from a lady saying your not here for your appointment and they would be charging me $160 For a no show. I told the woman what happened she was when what time etc luckily for me I NEVER give any doctor or anyone my credit card information so they have no way to bill me...trust me I will not be sending any payments for services not rendered. Good luck with that one.
