I have been going to resilience for 2.5 weeks, 2-3 times a week. The first session solved an emotion problem I was dealing with for eight months and was a surprise as I went in for another reason. The fifth session did this again. So I've learned that this type of treatment can have immediate results, PLUS, some residual and accumulating benefits. I will continue until the major reason I am going there resolves but all, in all, it is a pleasant experience. Nothing to be afraid of at all. We started therapy sessions at a clinic in La Jolla which staffed great nurses, however the front office staff seemed unhappy and bothered each time we visited. Luckily we found Resilience Integrative Wellness office which is hands down the B E S T. 1. Customer service A+ Ajay and Marilyn are sincere, genuine individuals who care about the people they're helping. 2. Cost is less expensive than the other facility we started at in LJ 3. Clinic office is very welcoming, relaxing, and hospitable! 4. Appointments are available and flexible for busy schedules 5. We've been clients for over a year, but we feel like a part of their family. 6.
