Harbor Ketamine Clinic — Ketamine Clinic in Newport Beach, CA

The clinic staff are the absolute worst. Terrible bedside manner, impersonal, rude, cold. Sometimes downright disrespectful. They look and act like they belong in a clinic in north Long Beach, maybe East Los Angeles. Somewhere much much more…urban. Their manner and attidude is not well suited to an area as beautiful and classy as Newport Beach.

I am revising my review. I have said what I had to say Please just do better service in the future. A lot of people are depending on the treatment.

After having little success with my depression/anxiety medications, in December of 2019, I started my Spravato infusions. Spravato (esketamine) is a nasal spray that combats my drug-resistant depression better than anything else I’ve tried. There are multiple rooms decorated for comfort and relaxation during your appointment. Although the rooms aren’t consistently available, they are gracious about moving you to a more comfortable room. There are rooms with lounge-sofas, reclining chairs, giant TVs, and they all dim and are quiet. Nurses carefully monitor blood pressure, keep a log of tests that are filled out at the start of each session, and they monitor the patient’s experiences with disassociation and sedation. Mirella is the nurse who has taken care of me since the clinic re-opened this spring. She really cares and has wisdom to see when I’m having a particularly difficult week. For instance, if my test scores are worse, she spends time listening as to why they are worse. She checks-in on me throughout the long, final part of the session, to make sure I’m doing okay. If I have extra nausea from the treatment, she is never too far away or too long getting me a dose of Zofran. My only point of contention is that the WiFi is terrible! I love that this clinic cares about sanitation, social distancing, timelines, and most of all, that they care about me and my health! Thank you for all your care Mirella 💗

This place is great, they really take care of their patients. Every time I come in Mirella is kind and helpful. I have a neck injury so they let me rest my head on a couch during my treatment which helps tremendously.

I would highly recommend Harbor Ketamine Clinic to anyone and everyone looking into treatment! The ketamine treatment has significantly reduced my depression and I am experiencing a freedom from symptoms I didn’t think was possible. Harbor has created a calm and comfortable environment where you can receive treatment. Mirella the nurse who administers the treatment is always friendly and makes you feel at ease. Everyone who works there is great and will make sure you are taken of. Dr. Zarrabi and Tamar Katz PA that I work with have been wonderful and are by far the best team I’ve worked with. Very happy!!

Outstanding clinic! The entire team is absolutely amazing. Very professional and comfortable setting. The nurse, Mirella is the best! She goes above and beyond to get to know me and help me feel at ease. I always know I’m in good hands. And Dr. Zarrabi is very intelligent and innovative in her approach. She listens and meets me where I’m at. She never forces anything, instead she provides professional recommendations which I highly value!
