Dr. Eldridge is an excellent doctor. He’s friendly and easy to talk to. The office is warm and inviting. The treatment areas are comforting and peaceful. The nurses and office staff are all friendly and professional. I’ve referred friends to Dr. Eldridge and they’ve also had a very positive experience.

The back office is so busy with the patients they already have. They took a long time to verify My insurance. I had faith in them. August 19th I had an appointment with dr. Haas. For 1 hour. Which was wonderful. With the correct co pay of $25.00.Then last week they upped the annie to $250.00. maybe they Don't realize that seniors don't always make The all mighty dollar like when we were bad asses and young. Of course I slipped through The cracks again. 💯..... Best Leslie Sage 🐩 🐩

My doctor went on leave and when I needed to make a new appointment with a new provider they told me there were literally 0 other doctors able to take her patients...forever. Getting refills is easy if everything is automated, but if you run into a hiccup you are going to wish you went someone else.

Dr. Jody Whitehouse and his office was amazing from start to finish. She was able to point out things that I was not aware of that made sense. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a psychiatrist that will listen and suggest things to better your life!

If you actually need your doctor more than 20 minutes once every 5-6 weeks, this is not the place for you. They will only communicate through a message relay system, and you cannot communicate directly with your doctor, only random staff who will allegedly contact your doctor for you. Except it seems most of their doctors only work 1-2 days a week, so you’ll probably wait a good week for a response. And good luck if you need a change in your prescription; I’m a couple days from my next appointment and still can’t get them to send a script from my last one. Absolutely the most frustrating medical practitioners I’ve ever dealt with.
