It was my first appointment, but it seemed to go well. I have a follow-up in 3 weeks.

He saw my whole family and we were all really impressed. Very personable, PATIENT, great listener, gave excellent, well reasoned and clear answers and gave my son (the patient) a lot of encouragement and hope.

I had a wonderful first time experience with MHS. She felt very warm and genuine. Asked great questions and I felt really heard. She made me excited to continue this journey, even if it will be rough some days.

I booked this appointment at midnight due to having a sore throat and needing to be soon first thing in the morning. The provider was great she listened to all my concerns and you can tell she genuinely cares and she made sure to address them all without being dismissive like some providers may do. Staff were friendly and made sure you were comfortable with any test they had to perform before doing so. Glad I found her on here! Highly recommend and feel like I will be back in the future if needed.

I contacted Dr. Krishna Bezwada to discuss my depression and some addiction issues, as well as a few problems I had been having in my marriage. First, I had no problems scheduling with Dr. Krishna Bezwada and was able to get a appointment with him within the week. It seemed difficult finding an insurance-based psychiatrist up here in Sonoma County but was happy that Dr. Krishna Bezwada would work with my insurance, even though I had to go to the city to see her. Fortunately, I have regular business in the city anyway.

I visited the clinic for a few months in 2023 for help with sleep related issues. I found the service very professional and efficient with the doctor showing a lot it empathy for my issue. Most importantly the service was very effective, my sleep improved to such a degree I stopped needing to see the doctor after 8 sessions

I was jerked around for months by this practice. A “doctor” cancelled on me THREE TIMES in a row. Once was 8am after I drove an hour to get there, cancelled as I was walking into the office. I have never been treated with such lack of care in my life. Ever.
