Well, the nurse practitioner named Eliza Singer from San Rafael One Medical who knew I was on the verge of firing her sent a referral to the office. She did not have my permission to send the referral, and I did not want her to send it. And the referral showed a lack of understanding of what I was looking for and a lack of knowledge of me and a lack of respect. I am not interested in going to Bay Psychiatric Associates and apparently, they are not interested in seeing me. I got an upsetting and disturbing email similar to one posted in a previous Google Review. The email was sent to me nine days after the referral was sent to the office. I did not contact the office. I do not know the position of the person who sent the email to me, and it appears as though I received a version of a form email the office uses. I do not know if psychiatrists were consulted by the person writing the email. I am a highly educated working professional, and the email was very upsetting to me and didn't seem to understand what I was looking for which was partly the horrible nurse practitioner who wrote the referral's fault. In summary, I would recommend going elsewhere. It reflects on them if their policy is to pick and choose who they want as patients and send nasty emails that show a lack of tact and caring to patients they don't want to see.

I've been going to Bay psychiatric for several years. I've seen multiple doctors and I've had various treatments including talk therapy, TMS, and ketamine. I'm very satisfied with my treatment.

No call back, doctors select their patients if they want you. They want only adhd or anxiety patients because this company wants your money and wants to prescribe medications because they work with big pharmaceutical companies. I work in healthcare and have amazing insurance. Seen this before. No thank you. So if you are a pill seeking this is your company. Now that I left a review they finally responded with this rude email when I was clear I needed an assessment and have no diagnosis.
